This shoddily screenshot picture is from Google’s gallery of their server farms. The series is great—congrats to Connie Zhou on what must have been a dream job.

I’m back from Switzerland! I shot a ton while I was there, and I just put some of the new work online. Check out Life on an Alp and the Zürich Street Parade.
I’m a little late posting this, as the article came out last week, but it’s been nothing but planes, trains, and cable cars for me lately. My shoot on polygamy was just published in the August 6th issue of TIME. In May, TIME sent me out to Salt Lake City to photograph the Darger family.
Joe Darger has three wives, two of whom are twins, and 23 children. I got to shoot some nice portraits, but I also got to spend a lot of time observing and photographing daily life in the house. Life in the house is certainly quite hectic, but the polygamous marriage actually seemed less strange to me than the huge number of children. It’s just like a family reunion all the time.
Here is the shoot in its printed form. Thank you to TIME for such an interesting assignment, and to the Dargers for giving me so much access into their lives.
